44 Day Challenge Update...

Sorry that I've done a bad job having people confirm my exercising!!! It's because I end up excercising pretty late (usually right before bed or work), and I hate to call people. But, so far so good. However, I feel like I haven't pushed myself hard enough in exercising, so I'm adding to my challenge that I need to have a heart rate increase for at least 20 min. of the exercise...On several occasions, I found myself doing sit-ups here, leg lifts there that add up to 30 minutes...which felt like I was cheating.

I'm down 6 lbs. I was actually hoping for better, but hey, 6 is better than nothing!!!

Several of you have asked me how it's going when I see you, and I love it that you ask!!! Thanks for the accountability...keep it comin'!!!

I'm impressed...working out every single day is a total accomplishment no matter what the workout!

Way to go Tam - 6 lbs is very impressive (not to mention sticking to exercising every day!)!

Now you just need to promise to do this again sometime this summer . ..so I can do it WITH you! : )

Wow, Tami...great job. Keep up the good work.

I wish I could lose a little poundage. I run everyday, but I have trouble eating. I am too much of an emotional eater. When I try to eat less and healthier I get depressed and angry, not more hungry.
